The present invention relates to a rod reducer (700) which fastens a set screw to a rod receiving part of a correction screw while pressing down a rod seated in the rod receiving part in minimally invasive surgery. The rod reducer (700) comprises: a tube-shaped outer member (710) which has a set screw mounting part (711) formed on the bottom thereof； an inner member (720) which is formed to be slid in the outer member (710) and which has a bottom withdrawal part formed on the bottom thereof to be in contact with the rod, wherein the bottom withdrawal part is withdrawn from the outer member (710)； a pressurization sleeve (730) for fastening which lowers the inner member (720) while being fastened to a third outer instrument grabbing the correction screw, so as to allow the rod to be pressurized by the bottom withdrawal part of the inner member (720)； and a rotation handle (740) which rotates the outer member (710) so as to allow the set screw to be screw-fastened to the rod receiving part of the correction screw.본 발명은 최소 침습 수술시 교정 스크류의 로드 수납부에 안착된 로드를 아래로 누르면서 상기 로드 수납부에 셋 스크류를 체결하는 로드 리듀서로서, 하단부에 셋 스크류 장착부가 형성되는 관 형상의 외측 부재； 상기 외측 부재의 내부에 슬라이딩 가능하게 구비되며 상기 로드에 접하도록 하단에는 상기 외측 부재로부터 인출된 상태의 하단 인출부를 갖는 내측 부재； 및 상기 교정 스크류를 파지한 제3 외부 기기에 체결되는 동안 상기 내측 부재를 하강시켜 상기 로드가 상기 내측 부재의 상기 하단 인출부에 의해 눌리도록 하는 체결 슬리브； 및 상기 셋 스크류가 상기 교정 스크류의 상기 로드 수납부에 나사 체결되도록 상기 외측 부재를 회전시키는 회전 핸들을 포함한다.
