The present invention relates to a soybean milk boiling apparatus for tofu making, including: a fresh soybean milk storage container (10)； a soybean milk-vapor mixing pipe (20) mixing fresh soybean milk (A) with high-temperature and high-pressure vapor (B1) and discharging the result of the mixing； a dual pipe-type soybean milk boiling pipe (30) boiling the fresh soybean milk with vapor while the soybean milk-vapor mixture passes through dual pipes in order； and a cyclone separator (40) causing the steamed soybean milk boiled in the dual pipe-type soybean milk boiling pipe (30) and vapor to flow in a tangential direction and at a high speed into an inside wall surface (41) at an upper end, separating the steamed soybean milk from the vapor by using the centrifugal force of the inflow, discharging the steamed soybean milk through a steamed soybean milk discharge pipe (42) at a lower end, guiding the vapor toward a soybean milk preheating pipe (PL2) through a vapor discharge pipe (43) and by means of a vapor transport pump (P3), and using the vapor for soybean milk preheating. In a case where the steamed soybean milk that has passed through the cyclone separator (40) is in a non-fully matured state, the non-fully matured soybean milk is fully matured by being guided toward a non-fully matured soybean milk circulation pipe (45) and circulated into the dual pipe-type soybean milk boiling pipe (30).
