The present invention relates to a Parsol 1789/Silica composite molecule, a manufacturing method of the same, and a cosmetic composition comprising the same and, more particularly, to a Parsol 1789/Silica composite molecule wherein silica molecules coated with dimethylpolysiloxane bonds to Parsol 1789, and a cosmetic composition comprising the same. The composite molecule in the present invention maintains a dispersed phase during an oil dispersion process without coagulation of particles, separation in emulsification, or crystallization of P1789, thereby having excellent stability and ability to block UV rays.
