The present invention relates to an automatic packing type cotton candy making apparatus comprising: a cotton candy generator (30) making cotton candy (S) and a cotton candy packer (5) putting the cotton candy (S) in a package (C). The cotton candy generator (3) comprises: a case (11) having a cylindrical shape with an opened upper portion and constituting an outer body a rotary heating vessel (13) melting sugar input from the outside to centrifugally spray the melt sugar through a plurality of through-hole (27) formed on an outer circumferential surface when being rotated and a catching body (15) winding sugar fiber centrifugally sprayed from the rotary heating vessel (13) in a bobbin shape to produce the cotton candy (S) in a catching position. Accordingly, production and packing of the cotton candy, and interlocking thereof are automated, so all cotton candy producing processes can be automated.
