The present invention provides thienopyridine compounds, compositions thereof, and methods of use thereof. The present invention relates to compounds and methods useful for inhibiting one or more interleukin-1 receptor-related kinases (“IRAK”). The present invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions containing the compounds of the present invention and methods of using these compositions in the treatment of various disorders. The compounds of the invention and compositions thereof are useful as inhibitors of one or more IRAK protein kinases.
