The present invention relates to immunotherapeutic approaches to treating haematological cancers. In particular the invention relates to a method for treating a haematological cancer by targeting the 5T4 antigen. As such, the invention provides a method for treating haematological cancers comprising administering to a subject a 5T4-targeting agent. The invention also provides a 5T4-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and uses thereof in treating cancers.La présente invention concerne des approches immunothérapeutiques pour le traitement de cancers hématologiques.
