A drug mixing device is disclosed. The drug mixing device comprises a first container for holding a first component of a drug to be mixed； and a housing. The housing comprises a first port configured to receive the first container and a second port configured such that the second port is unable to receive the first container. The first container is configured to be detachably coupled to the housing.
