The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a plant growth promotant by fermenting solid chitosan and a method for promoting plant growth using the same wherein the plant growth promotant is manufactured by fermenting solid chitosan with use of Rhizopus oligosporus strain, thereby having effects of promoting plant growth and conserving plants and enabling chitosan which is good to human body to be absorbed to plants.본 발명은 키토산 고체 발효를 통한 식물성장 촉진제 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 식물 생장 촉진 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 식물성장촉진제는 Rhizopus oligosporus 균주를 이용하여 키틴을 고체발효하여 제조되어, 보존성이 크고, 식물 생장 촉진 효과가 있고, 인체에 유용한 키토산이 식물체 내로 흡수되어 들어갈 수 있다.
