The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of obesity comprising a bean germinated embryo extract and, specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity comprising a bean germinated embryo extract or a fraction thereof, a method for preventing or treating obesity including a step of administering the composition to an individual other than a human, and a food composition and a feed composition for preventing or ameliorating obesity comprising a bean germinated embryo extract or a fraction thereof.
