The present invention relates to an eyeglass-type device for blocking fine dust and neutralizing harmful gas. An objective of the present invention is to allow use while wearing normally without separate carrying, remove and treat various air pollutants around respiratory organs without blocking nose and mouth portions of the human body, and remove and treat air pollutants around the eyes to block entry of air pollutants into eye portions. To achieve the objective, the eyeglass-type device for blocking fine dust and neutralizing harmful gas comprises: an eyeglass-type main body including an eyeglass frame and temples coupled to the eyeglass frame to be folded, and being wearable on a facial portion around the eyes of the human body； and a negative ion generation device which is installed on the eyeglass-type main body, and releases negative ions to portions around the eyes and the nose of a person wearing the eyeglass-type main body to remove and neutralize air pollutants distributed on the portions around the eyes and the nose of the wearing person.본 발명은 안경형 미세먼지 차단 및 유해가스 중화 장치에 관한 것으로서, 별도의 휴대 없이 평소에 착용한 상태에서 사용이 가능하고, 인체의 코와 입 부분을 가리지 않고서도 호흡기 주변의 각종 대기오염물질을 제거 처리할 수 있으며, 눈 주변부분의 대기오염물질도 제거 처리하여 눈 부분으로의 대기오염물질 유입도 차단할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 안경테와, 안경테에 접힘 가능하게 연결되는 안경다리를 구비하며, 인체의 눈 주변 안면부분에 착용가능한 안경형 본체와； 안경형 본체에 설치되며, 안경형 본체 착용자의 눈과 코와 입 주변부분에 음이온을 방출하여, 착용자의 눈과 코와 입 주변부분에 분포하는 대기오염물질을 제거 및 중화 처리하는 음이온 발생장치를 구비한다.
