The air disinfection and purification device selectively passes the outside air which has passed through a pre-filter through a heater and a shutter, sterilizes the air through a photocatalytic filter, and filters foreign matters through a plurality of wet filters, wherein the air which has passed the wet filters is scattered through a mesh filter, and the air which has passed through the mesh filter passes through a vertically erected filter pad and a horizontally placed filter pad and is supplied indoors by a blowing fan.본 발명은 대기 중의 오염된 공기를 필터로 걸러주는 동시에 소독이 이루어진 상태에서 실내로 공급되게 하되 습식 필터의 사용으로 발생하는 수분이 실내로 공급되는 것을 방지하는 공기 소독 청정기에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 프리필터를 통과한 외부공기를 히터와 셔터를 선택적으로 통과시킨 후 광촉매 필터를 통하여 살균이 한 다음 여러 개의 습식필터를 통하여 이물질을 필터링하고, 상기 습식필터를 통과한 공기는 매쉬필터를 통하여 산란이 이루어지게 하며, 매쉬필터를 통과한 공기는 수직으로 세워진 필터패드와 수평으로 놓인 필터패드를 통과한 후 송풍팬에 의해 실내로 공급되게 함으로써 이루어진다.
