PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height meter in which the measurement range of the body height can be changed without raising a column.SOLUTION: A height meter 1 includes a base 2 on which a person to be measured mounts, a column 3 extending upward from the base 2, a cursor 4 supported by the column 3, and a measurement section to measure a body height of the person to be measured. The column 3 is structured in three steps and stretchable. The cursor 4 is fixed to the upper end of the topmost stage of the column 3. An extending part 41 of the cursor 4 is extended from the supporting section 42 toward the side face of the column 3.
