The pants (1) with a waist protection belt are provided with: a waist protection belt (31), (310) detachably attached to a belt cloth (10) portion of the pants (1)； and a pants main body (1a) having a stretchable cloth (15) at a position corresponding to a waist section of a back piece (3). A position adjustment part (71) for adjusting the attachment position in a height direction relative to the pants main body (1a) is provided at a substantially center portion of the waist protection belt (31), (310) and a belt cloth portion corresponding thereto and located on the back side of the waist section of the pants main body (1a).La présente invention concerne un pantalon (1) avec une ceinture de protection de la taille doté: d'une ceinture de protection de la taille (31), (310) fixée de manière amovible à une partie tissu de ceinture (10) du pantalon (1)； et d'un corps principal de pantalon (1a) comprenant un tissu extensible, à une position correspondant à une section de taille d'une pièce arrière (3).
