A tablet containing droxidopa as an active ingredientin a proportion of 20 - 80 wt% relative to the total weight ofthe tablet, and characteristically containing at least oneexcipient selected from mannitol, lactose, erythritol, glucose,sucrose, and corn-derived starch is provided. In addition, apreparation containing corn-derived processed starch orpolyvinyl alcohol as a binder and the like, which is a stabletablet containing droxidopa as an active ingredient, isprovided.
