PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a curving operation of body cavity insertion tubing, which enables traction operation of a curving operation wire for remote-controlled bending of a curving part by a small operation force and which can be so constituted as to have excellent operability and a simple and lightweight structure.SOLUTION: Leaf springs 25U and 25D for biasing a drum driving cylinder 23 in the direction of pulling the curving operation wires 6U and 6D are formed in an R shape curved in a curvature radius smaller than that of the outer peripheral surface of the drum driving cylinder 23 when no load is applied, and the springs are disposed in a state of being elastically deformed to be along the outer peripheral surface of the drum driving cylinder 23 and charged with a spring force (restoring force).
