The present invention provides a biocompatible Ti-based alloy which consists of alloy formula TiaZrwTabSixSnyCoz, wherein a is 40-44, b is 1-5 and the sum of w, x, y, z is 55, wherein the alloy is amorphous. The alloy of present invention is applicable to manufacturing ultrafine powder which is used for additive manufacturing. The alloy of present invention is characterized in high glass forming ability, low toxicity, and high strength, and the powder thereof has low roughness and high circularity, and is suitable for implantable medical device.本發明提供一種具有生物相容性之鈦合金,由式TiaZrwTabSixSnyCoz之合金所組成,其中a係40-44、b係1-5、w、x、y、z之總和為55,且為非晶體;適合用於製作超細粉體,並且用於積層製造。該鈦合金具有高玻璃形成能力、低毒性、高強度等特徵,並且其粉體表面粗糙度低、真圓率高,可應用於植入性醫療器材。
