PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct rotation and inclination of lattices.SOLUTION: First and second lattices are arranged between an X-ray source and an X-ray image detector, and the second lattice is constituted of a lattice unit 30. The lattice unit 30 includes a rectangular lattice part 33 in which a plurality of X-ray absorption parts 34 are arranged, and which is oscillatably supported by a support member 32. First to fourth movable comb-shaped parts 35a-35d are provided to first to fourth sides 33a-33d of the lattice part 33. First to fourth fixed comb-shaped parts 36a-36d are provided in the surroundings of the lattice part 33 so as to face the first to fourth movable comb-shaped parts 35a-35d. First to fourth electrode parts 37a-37d are arranged in the direction orthogonal to the first to fourth movable comb-shaped parts 35a-35d and the lattice surface.
