An aroma cartridge includes: a housing to be loaded to a cartridge loading section of an aroma display, having a hollow portion to store a scent source therein, and a scent passage for emitting scent from the scent source in the hollow portion to the outside； and a near field communication tag attached to an outer surface of the housing for transmitting, by near field communication, to a near field communication reader, data identifying the scent corresponding to the type of scent source contained in the aroma cartridge.
