PURPOSE: A hair penetrating nanometal particle for shielding radio waves is provided to block harmful radio waves generated when using a mobile phone and to keep talking on the phone without changing a posture.CONSTITUTION: A nanometal particle blocks radio waves by being penetrated into hair. The nanometal particle-penetrated hair blocks harmful radio waves generated when using a mobile phone. The nanometal particle has an effect by positioning the mobile phone on hair with proper length and quantity of hair when talking on the phone. The length of hair has to be longer than the size of the mobile phone.
