The present invention relates to a control and command method for a device for thermal stimulation of animal or human tissue (1), said method being characterised in that it includes: determining a neutral temperature applied to the tissue (1) thermally adjusting the neutral temperature by activating a control loop determining a cold or hot thermal stimulation temperature to be applied to the tissue (1) in alternation with the neutral temperature determining a duration and a frequency of the thermal stimulations in the case of an instruction to initiate the stimulation, adjusting the thermal stimulation temperature by activating a control loop and by deactivating the control loop on the neutral temperature and synchronising a physiological recording with the thermal stimulation.La présente invention concerne un procédé de contrôle et de commande pour un dispositif de stimulation thermique dun tissu (1) animal ou humain, caractérisé en ce quil consiste à déterminer une température neutre appliquée au tissu(1), à effectuer une régulation thermique sur la température neutre en activant une boucle de régulation, à déterminer une température de stimulation thermique froide ou chaude à appliquer au tissu (1) en alternance avec la température neutre, à déterminer une durée et une fréquence des stimulations thermiques, en cas dinstruction de déclenchement de la stimulation, à effectuer une régulation sur la température de stimulation thermique en activant une boucle de régulation et en désactivant la boucle de régulation sur la température neutre, à synchroniser un enregistrement physiologique avec la stimulation thermique.
