There is described a process for the preparation of tablets comprising S-adenosylmethionine which comprises blending S-adenosylmethionine with calcium sulfate and/or phosphate, calcium and/or magnesium carbonate, glycerol behenate and or palmitostearate and silica and compressing the resulting mixture. The tablets obtainable by the process of the invention are stable and show a low relative humidity and hygroscopicity.Linvention concerne un procédé de préparation de comprimés de S-adénosylméthionine comportant un mélange de S-adénosylméthionine avec du sulfate de calcium et/ou du phosphate de calcium, du carbonate de calcium et/ou de magnésium, du glycérol béhénate et/ou du palmitostéarate et du silice. Le résultat dudit mélange est alors comprimé, formant ainsi des comprimés stables et présentant une humidité et une hygroscopicité relatives.
