The present invention relates to a drug injecting apparatus for use in skin surgery. The drug injecting apparatus for use in skin surgery includes: a syringe for injecting a drug into the skin through a needle at the end thereof a transfer guide assembly coupled to the cylinder of the syringe receiving the drug to enable the cylinder to reciprocate within a limited range according to the direction in which the drug is injected and a controller mounted on the side of the transfer guide assembly and the injection assembly to operate the injection assembly when the transfer guide assembly is moved up to one end of the limited range as the end of the needle contacts the skin, and to stop the operation of the injection assembly when the transfer guide assembly is moved toward the other end of the limited range as the end of the needle is spaced apart from the skin.
