PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a chip is damaged and scattered when hit by an obstacle such as a stone in a bush-cutting operation, in consideration of that a cutting blade of a bush cutter obtained by forming a ring-shaped grounding body that is made of a metal disc having a diameter a little smaller than that of a bush-cutting blade arranged close to a peripheral part to form a ring-shaped protruding ridge as a countermeasure for the chip damage and forming a cutting blade peripheral protecting surface of horizontal plane in close contact with the lower surface of the cutting blade peripheral part at the peripheral edge side of the ring-shaped grounding body is proposed, however, there is still a risk of causing damage and scattering of chip when the chip is hit by an obstacle such as a stone, in a bush-cutting operation.SOLUTION: The use of the cutting blade of bush cutter in which a ring-shaped body of prescribed width composed of a ring-shaped protruding ridge having an outer diameter a little smaller than that of the cutting blade is fixed on at least one surface among the lower surface and upper surface of the cutting blade prevents the cutting blade from being damaged by distributed absorption of a shock of an obstacle such as a stone, by the ring-shaped body even when the cutting blade is hit by the obstacle. Further, since the cutting blade is fixed to the ring-shaped body, even when damaged, scattering of the cutting blade is prevented.
