PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation which promotes the production of hyaluronic acid, conditions the texture of a skin surface, supports the three-dimensional structure of the skin surface to keep the skin glossy and taut, and prevents a decrease in the water-holding capacity of the skin with aging, and which is effective for rheumatoid arthritis, suppurative arthritis, and gouty arthritis and can be used as a therapeutic agent for primary treatment of burns.SOLUTION: A hyaluronic acid synthesis promoting agent contains one or more kinds of extracts selected from an extract of Malva sylvestris, an extract of leaves of Hydrangea macrophylla var. thunbergii, an extract of fruits of Gardenia jasminoides, and an extract of plants of the genus Urtica as an active ingredient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明の目的は 本発明の目的はヒアルロン酸の産生を促進し、肌表面のキメを整え、肌表面の立体的な構造を支え肌にハリや艶を保ち、老化に伴う皮膚の保水力の減少を防ぎ、さらには関節リウマチ、化膿性関節炎や通風性関節炎、熱傷の初期の治療薬に有効な製剤を得ることである。【解決手段】 ウスベニアオイの抽出物、アマチャの葉の抽出物、クチナシの果実の抽出物、イラクサ属植物の抽出物より選ばれる1種又は2種以上の抽出物を有効成分とするヒアルロン酸合成促進剤が本課題を解決することがわかった。【選択図】図1
