To achieve said object counting device, integrated as a counting unit (20) are: an inclined counting channel (21) that transports the objects to be counted by means of the flow of a fluid, said inclined counting channel (21) having at least a part thereof formed from a translucent material and made into a counting section (23) a lighting section (24) that from below, shines light on the counting section (23) of the inclined counting channel (21) and an image analysis section that by means of a camera (26) placed on the upper side of the counting section (23), loads a counting image, and that on the basis of the data of the loaded image, measures the number of objects that together with the fluid, pass through the counting section. Independently from the inclined counting channel (21), an object input section (30) is connectedly placed on the upstream side of the inclined counting channel (21) in the counting unit (20).
