PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an implanting hand-piece capable of forming the implant erecting hole precisely and a surgical guide for guiding the hand-piece is required, when the implant erecting hole is formed.SOLUTION: Provided is an implanting hand-piece 12, in which a head 14 has a contour concentric to the center axis of a drill bar 17 and has a circumferential portion 20 of predetermined lengths H1 to H3 in the axial direction of the drill bar 17. A surgical guide 11 is equipped with a guide hole 13 confronting the circumferential portion 20 of the head 14 and having a circular inner circumference portion.
