in the notification, it was found that there is a correlation between genotype sep15 gene (rs5845), iron levels in serum and the risk of cancers in women in poland.the object of the application is how to determine the risk of cancer, characterized by that includes assessment of the constitutional changes in gene sep15 (rs5845) and assessment of iron levels in biological test sample womenwith the combination of individual genotypes with fixed iron concentration indicates significantly reduced risk for cancers: - development sep15 gg genotype at the concentration of iron in serum 975 - 1125 mcg \/ l (or concentration in any biological material corresponding to the concentration in the serum) - for genotype sep15 ngg at the concentration of iron in serum, 1000 - 1300 mcg \/ l (or concentration in any biological materialthe corresponding concentration in serum).W zgłoszeniu stwierdzono, że występuje korelacja między genotypem genu SEP15 (rs5845), poziomem żelaza w surowicy a ryzykiem raków u kobiet w Polsce. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób określania ryzyka raka, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje ocenę konstytucyjnej zmiany w genie SEP15 (rs5845) oraz ocenę stężenia żelaza w próbce biologicznej badanej kobiety, przy czym kombinacja poszczególnych genotypów z określonym stężeniem żelaza wskazuje znacząco obniżone ryzyko rozwoju raków: - dla genotypu SEP15 GG przy stężeniu żelaza w surowicy 975-1125 µg/l (lub stężeniu w dowolnym materiale biologicznym odpowiadającym stężeniu w surowicy) - dla genotypu SEP15 nGG przy stężeniu żelaza w surowicy 1000-1300 µg/l (lub stężeniu w dowolnym materiale biologicznym odpowiadającym stężeniu w surowicy).
