The present invention relates to an urethra expansion medical device, which minimizes a mucosal wound of an urethra where a cystoscopy is inserted when an endoscope is inserted into a bladder for a cystoscopy procedure, and expands the urethra without a separate urethra expansion surgery in case of stricture or obstruction of the urethra to easily insert the endoscope into the bladder. According to the urethra expansion medical device, a handle (100) is formed at a rear end portion thereof, and a circular urethral dilator (200) having the length longer than an urethral length of a patient, which has a hollow portion (210) to penetrate and insert a guide wire (400), is installed at a front end portion of the handle to be integrated with a front end of the handle. A curved part (220) having a bending angle corresponding to a bending part of a lower urethra of the patient is formed in front of the urethral dilator.
