PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic instrument capable of giving cold heat stimulus to skin surfaces.SOLUTION: The cosmetic instrument is provided with a cold heat unit 3 formed on a body case 1. The cold heat unit 3 includes: a thermoelectric conversion element 70 a cold heat head 71 disposed on one surface of the thermoelectric conversion element 70 and outputting cold heat and a heat sink 72 disposed on the other surface of the thermoelectric conversion element 70 and discharging hot heat.
