PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen availability of an analysis, diagnosis and determination system for capillary vessel, and to dissolve personal data leak of a person who get analysis and diagnosis of capillary vessel by the system and risk of the software piracy.SOLUTION: A cloud server system has: composite server groups (0006)(0007) of a capillary vessel evaluation center (0001) forming cloud； information terminals (0002)-(0004) such as personal computers accessing the server groups (0006)(0007) of the capillary vessel evaluation center (0001) via communication networks such as the Internet； and microscope-type capillary vessel observing devices (0005) connected to each of the information terminals (0002)-(0004).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 毛細血管の分析・診断・判定を行うシステムの利用性を広げると共に、該システムによって実際に毛細血管の分析・診断等が行われた人の個人情報の流出や前記ソフトウェアの不正コピーのリスクを解消することができるようにする。【解決手段】 クラウドサーバシステムであって、クラウドを構成する毛細血管評価センター（０００１）の複合サーバ群（０００６）（０００７）と、インターネット等の通信ネットワークを介して前記毛細血管評価センター（０００１）のサーバ群（０００６）（０００７）にアクセスするパーソナルコンピュータ等の情報端末（０００２）～（０００４）と、これら情報端末（０００２）～（０００４）のそれぞれに接続された顕微鏡形式の毛細血管観察装置（０００５）を有する。【選択図】 図１
