PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wipe-cleaning sheet usable for a baby with a delicate skin and an elder with a weak skin by minimizing the amount of a detergent contained in a nonwoven fabric sheet.SOLUTION: The wipe-cleaning sheet is obtained by impregnating the nonwoven fabric sheet with the detergent. When the ratio of the whole detergent is set to 100 wt.%, the detergent contains purified water at the ratio of 99.80 wt.% or more and less than 99.95 wt.% and contains a sterilizing antiseptic agent at the ratio of more than 0.05 wt.% and 0.20 wt.% or less.
