The present invention relates to a device and a method to perform an implant combined model, and a storing medium to store a program to perform an implant combined model. The method to perform an implant combined model according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: searching for interference areas of an implant model according to a finite element model and a combined model which is combined with the implant model to remove an edge area among the searched interference areas； generating intersection point elements which are overlapped between the implant model and the combined model； reconfiguring the generated intersection point elements； and combining the implant model and the combined model to be provided.본 발명은, 임플란트 결합모델 수행 장치, 임플란트 결합모델 수행 방법 및 임플란트 결합모델을 수행하는 프로그램을 저장하는 저장매체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 유한요소 모델에 따른 임플란트 모델과, 상기 임플란트 모델과 결합되는 피결합모델의 간섭영역을 검색하고, 상기 검색한 간섭영역 중 가장자리 영역을 제거하는 단계, 상기 임플란트 모델과 상기 피결합모델이 중첩되는 교차 지점 요소들을 생성하는 단계, 상기 생성한 교차 지점 요소들을 재구성하는 단계； 및 상기 임플란트 모델 및 상기 피결합모델을 결합하여 제공하는 단계；를 포함하는 임플란트 결합모델 수행 방법을 제공한다.
