PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrazole compound and its manufacturing intermediate and use for controlling a harmful arthropod.SOLUTION: The pyrazole compound expressed by formula (a) is useful as an effective component of an agent for controlling a harmful arthropod.
