PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic tool capable of giving high dropsy improving effect, skin-beautifying effect, moisture retaining effect, sweating effect, fatigue recovery effect, slimming effect and removing effect of dirt from pores when put on a part of a body without risk of moving while wearing.SOLUTION: A cosmetic tool (covering tool 1) is formed in a cylindrical shape with a diameter smaller than a part of a wearing human body by a molding of a material having stretchability and waterproofness. The stretchability is that of a degree to apply prescribed pressure when the tool is put on a part of the human body. The tool includes openings for inserting a part of the human body at both ends, and the openings at both ends have waterproof parts.
