A rehabilitating system for arms and legs rehabilitation at the same time and a method thereof are provided. A foot pressure value and a weight value of a user are measured by a measurement apparatus. The foot pressure value and the weight value are determined by a contrast table to display the foot pressure value and generate a start signal or a lock signal. When the start signal is generated, the rehabilitating system is started. When the lock signal is generated, the rehabilitating system is locked. Therefore, the efficiency of rehabilitating process conveniently and providing arms and legs coordination and rehabilitation may be achieved.
