The invention relates to the field of medicine, concerns a biologically active food additive (BAFA), namely vitamin-mineral-probiotic complex with wide spectrum of physiological effects, providing balanced supply of vitamins and mineral substances into organism, as well as increase of organism resistance to impact of unfavourable factors due to stimulation of growth and activity of lactobacilli of natural endogenic intestinal microflora, activation of non-fermentative component of antioxidant system and reduction of damaging effect of free radicals, activation of factors of general non-specific protection of organism and enhancement of the immune system, demonstrating adaptogenic and cytoprotective effects, increasing physical and mental workability, which can be used in pharmaceutical and food industry. BAFA is made in solid dosed form as capsules and includes vitamin-mineral and probiotic constituents as well as a carrier.
