The present invention relates to a back scratcher used to scratch backs and, more specifically, to a portable back scratcher which may easily be carried wherein the portable back scratcher is spread when use, and stored in a case when not in use. The back scratcher includes: a case having an open front surface, a containing space formed inside the case and an operating hole formed on a front of an upper surface of the case having a length for spacing； a lever rotatably provided on the upper surface of the case, in which left and right ends of a front side of the lever protrude downwards to form a stopper inserted into the operation hole； a folding device having a rear end fixated inside the case and stored inside the case when folded, protruding through the front surface of the case when unfolded, and maintaining the unfolded state by a portion of the folding device latched between the stopper； and a scratcher coupled to a front end of the folding device.본 발명은 등긁개 등으로 사용될 수 있는 효자손에 관련되는 것으로 구체적으로는 필요시 펼쳐서 사용하고 미사용시에는 케이스에 수납되게 함으로써 휴대가 용이하도록 한 휴대용 손자손에 관한 기술로서, 정면부가 개구되며, 내부에 수납공간이 형성되고, 상면 전방 부근에 이격거리를 두고 개구된 작동홀이 형성되는 케이스； 상기 케이스의 상면에 회동 가능하게 마련되되, 전방측 좌우 단부는 하방으로 돌출되어 스토퍼를 이루며, 상기 스토퍼는 상기 작동홀에 끼워지는 레버； 후단이 상기 케이스 내부에 고정되며, 접힌 상태일 때 상기 케이스 내부에 수용되고, 펼쳐졌을 때 상기 케이스의 정면부로부터 돌출되고 상기 스토퍼 사이에 일부분이 걸려 펼쳐진 상태가 유지될 수 있는 접철기구； 상기 접철기구의 전단에 연결되는 긁개；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
