PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device and a medical image diagnostic device capable of efficient image diagnosis that combines a plurality of medical images.
SOLUTION: Positioning of a first image and a second image inputted via an image input part 3 is performed at a positioning part 5. Then, when a position of an area of interest is designated by an input part 2 in the first image, the area of interest is extracted by an area of interest extraction part 8. The second image at a position corresponding to the extracted area of interest is selected by a control unit 1 and displayed to a display part 7.
