The present invention discloses a method to raise infection rate of Cordyceps sinensis by artificial infection. The method is to laser irradiation surface of the host and manufacture small wounds, which helping Hirsutella sinensis enter into the host to produce endosclerotium and carpophore. The important effective compound of wild type Cordyceps sinensis carpophore is the same with artificial cultured Cordyceps sinensis carpophore. The present invention is a method for artificial infection which can to increase the infection rate, survival rate of Cordyceps sinensis host, and it is easy to use not restricted by skilled technique.本發明涉及一種提高冬蟲夏草寄主感染率的方法,該方法為以雷射照射冬蟲夏草寄主幼蟲體表,製造微小傷口,有助於中華被毛孢菌進入寄主幼蟲體腔內,以生成冬蟲夏草子實體,其中,利用此人工培養方法所得到之冬蟲夏草子實體,具有與野生冬蟲夏草子實體相同之指標性成份。本發明大幅提高幼蟲的感染率與存活率,且不受操作人員熟練度限制,可快速及大量地感染冬蟲夏草寄主幼蟲,解決現有技術人工感染冬蟲夏草寄主幼蟲後感染率與存活率低的問題,能夠應用於冬蟲夏草的人工規模化養殖生產,對於冬夏草人工培育具有重要的推展作用。
