PURPOSE: An orally disintegrating composition is provided to quickly disintegrate in an oral with small amount of water or without water. CONSTITUTION: An orally disintegrating composition contains 0.05-50 wt% of active ingredient, 1-80 wt% of coating agent, and 10-80 wt% of pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The active ingredient is granisetron. The coating agent is a mixture of polyvinylalcohol-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer and poly(methylmethacrylate). The excipient includes a lubricant, disintegrant, coloring agent, preservative, flavoring agent, stabilizing agent, buffer solution, bulking agent, sweetener, or diluents.구강 속붕해성 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 본 발명은 활성성분 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 쓴 맛 방지 및 유동성 개선을 목적으로 장용코팅을 하여 소량의 물 또는 물 없이 복용해도 구강 내에서 신속하게 붕해시키는 조성물로써, 삼키는 능력이 부족한 환자나 소아가 복용하기에 적합할 뿐만 아니라, 경도 및 마손도가 우수하고, 쓴 맛을 효과적으로 차폐하며, 붕해성의 유지 및 조절이 탁월한 경구투여용 조성물로 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
