PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress a patients bedsore and pain to provide high comfort by allowing a control device to accurately acquire each cell corresponding to a part where a high pressure is applied to the patient.SOLUTION: The air mat device 1 includes: an air mat 2 formed by juxtaposing a plurality of independent cells in the height direction of the patients sleeping posture pressure sensors 8 detecting the distribution of pressure applied to the respective cells an air supply and exhaust device 4 supplying air to each cell so as to have a predetermined reference internal pressure value and the control device 5 connected to the pressure sensors 8 and the air supply and exhaust device 4 and controlling the air supply and exhaust device 4 to adjust the internal pressure of each cell.
