The invention is related about a kind of anti-adhesion dressing with high water retention and method for manufacturing the same,and the method includes these steps:A.to add 1%~10% alginic acid in secondary water and to form a alginic acid solution;B.to make the alginic acid solution at 30℃~70℃ perform hot water bath,then to add and mixing a protein gel;C.to put the alginic acid solution on a woven fabric layer and to make it plastotype by standing 10~60 minutes at 4℃~15℃;D.to crosslink it 30~90 minutes by crosslinking agent;E.to clean the crosslinking agent;to manufacture the anti-adhesion dressing with high water retention by the method and the dressing includes a nonwoven fabric layer and the alginic acid.本發明係關於一種高保水性之抗沾黏敷料及其製造方法,其中該方法係包含下列步驟:A.在二次水中添加1%至10%的褐藻酸,形成一褐藻酸溶液;B.將該褐藻酸溶液在30℃~70℃下執行熱水浴,再加入一蛋白質凝膠並攪拌;C.將該褐藻酸溶液置於一織物層,於4℃~15℃的溫度下靜置10~60分鐘,使其塑型;D.以交聯劑交聯30~90分鐘;E.清洗交聯劑;以及利用上述方法所製成之高保水性之抗沾黏敷料,該敷料係包含一不織布層及褐藻酸。
