PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to grasp a local minute change of an eye to be examined irrespective of a disease type, a disease stage and a disease state.SOLUTION: An ophthalmological analysis device includes a reception part, an acquisition part, a specification part, and an analysis part. The reception part receives patient identification information for identifying a patient. The acquisition part acquires position-of-interest information associated with the patient identification information received by the reception part from storage means where position-of-interest information indicative of the position of an area of interest is associated with each of a plurality of pieces of the patient identification information beforehand, and is stored. The specification part specifies a partial area in an image acquired on an eye to be examined of a patient corresponding to the patient identification information based on the position-of-interest information acquired by the acquisition part.
