According to the present invention, a system for managing oral health comprises: an input terminal inputting patient information including membership information and oral medical information of the patient； an oral management server creating an age-specific medical examination scenario in consideration of the age group of patients, calculating oral health indexes of a plurality of predetermined oral health determination items by using oral condition information and oral medical information collected according to the medical examination scenario, providing a method for managing the oral health on the basis of an oral health grade derived by summing each of the calculated oral health indexes； and an output terminal receiving the method from the managing the oral health from the oral management server and outputting the method for managing the oral health. When the oral management server calculates the oral health indexes, the oral condition information and the oral medical information, which underlie the calculation of each score of the oral health determination items, are weighted with different values on the basis of the degree of relevance to the oral health determination items.
