The present invention relates to a sterilization record management system which comprises: a sterilizer (100) which communicates with a medical terminal (200) placed inside a hospital, in order to transmit sterilization related information at least including the sterilizer (100) ID, information on a medical device to be sterilized, and sterilization proceeding state and predicted sterilization completion time of the medical device, to the medical terminal (200) the at least one medical terminal (200) which is inputted with information on the medical device to be sterilized and information on a user, receives the sterilization related information from the sterilizer (100), and additionally receives and stores sterilization completion information when the sterilization of the sterilizer (100) is completed a server (300) which receives the information on the medical device to be sterilized, the information on the user, and the sterilization completion information, and stores and manages the information in a database and at least one display means (400) which is connected with the medical terminal (200) in order to display the information on the medical device to be sterilized, the information on the user, the sterilization related information, and the sterilization completion information, through a screen.
