A fluid sterilization system having at least one UV light source for providing UV radiation into the chamber. The chamber contains the amount of fluid to be sterilized and is fitted with at least one adjustable wall. The adjustable wall is positioned on the top surface of the fluid to reflect the UV radiation inside the fluid volume.
