The dosage form may be a film comprising a mixture of a low and a high molecular weight cellulose derivative. Also included is a method of forming a bilayer film of said dopamine agonist or acid addition salt thereof, comprising the dopamine agonist, low and a high molecular weight cellulose derivatives, plasticizing agent and hydrolysed starch.
