PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee joint supporter which improves stability of the knee joint of a wearer, reduces fatigue of the wearer, and also assists the movement of the wearer when doing sports.SOLUTION: The knee joint supporter 10 includes: a primary support part 4 connected to a primary anchor part 2 and a secondary anchor part 3 and almost linearly knitted along the outside of the thigh and the lower thigh of the wearer a secondary support part 5 connected to the primary anchor part 2 and the secondary anchor part 3 and almost linearly knitted along the inside of the thigh and the lower thigh of the wearer and a primary intersection part 6 knitted in an almost X-shape intersecting below a part corresponding to the patella 107 of the wearer. The stretch resistance of each of the primary anchor part 2 and the secondary anchor part 3 in the peripheral direction H of a cylindrically-knitted fabric is larger than the stretch resistance of the base fabric part 1 in the peripheral direction H of the cylindrically-knitted fabric.
