PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern projection optical system for stereo measurement, which can perform three-dimensional measurement by use of a single-shot image even when there is no feature points on an object surface, and which can achieve size reduction and space saving of the endoscope tip in an endoscope device including a stereo measurement optical system.SOLUTION: The pattern projection optical system for stereo measurement projects a pattern onto an observation visual field area as a measurement target of a stereo measurement optical system included in an endoscope device that carries out three-dimensional measurement of an object by using a misalignment amount of an observed image due to lateral parallax. The pattern projection optical system 1 includes pattern projection means 10 (11, 12, 13, 14) that can project an array of patterns with a high contrast and a size observable by an observation system, in an enough number of patterns to obtain information of an object surface within an observation screen, in which laterally adjoining patterns can be discriminated from each other, that is multiplexed with a normal illumination optical system, and that is configured to be switchable between projection of patterns and normal illumination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】ステレオ計測光学系を備えた内視鏡装置において、物体面に特徴点が無くても、1ショット画像を用いて3次元計測でき、且つ、内視鏡先端部を小型・省スペース化可能なステレオ計測用柄投影光学系の提供。【解決手段】左右視差での観察画像の位置ズレ量を用いて物体の3次元計測を行う内視鏡装置に備わるステレオ計測光学系が計測対象とする観察視野範囲に、柄を投影するステレオ計測用柄投影光学系であって、柄投影光学系1は、高コントラスト、観察系で観察可能な大きさで、観察画面内で物体面の情報を得るために十分な数の柄を有し、左右方向に隣り合う柄同士の判別が可能な柄の配列を投影でき、物体を照明する通常照明光学系と多重化され、柄の投影と通常照明とを切り替え可能に構成された柄投影手段10(11,12,13,14)を備える。【選択図】図1
