Method of treatment of a biological tissue for biological prosthesis, said method comprising the steps:- fixation of the biological tissue by means of a treatment with a fixing solution containing glutaraldehyde- elimination of phospholipids from the biological tissue by means of a treatment with an elimination solution containing 1,2-octanediol and ethanol is performed- detoxification by means of a treatment with a detoxifying solution containing taurine or homocysteic acid at a temperature above room temperature, preferably above 30°C.
